A Solo plan's 250 included contacts cover a quarter of a 1,000-address route before overage pricing starts.[8] Every platform here meters that same step, so a drive-first program that skip traces what it photographs pays the same rates as a desk-first program that skip traces what it filtered.[10][12]

Driving arrives with no invoice, which is the reason its cost gets underestimated in this comparison. Covering 1,000 addresses at 30 per session takes roughly 34 sessions, divided among however many drivers you can field.[7] Each of those sessions produces observations that still have to be checked against the records before a phone number is bought.

No public research supports a conversion comparison between the two methods, so coverage and cost stay the only quantities you can measure without taking a vendor's word for it.

Field programs carry a ramp cost that subscriptions do not, and PropertyRadar's play tells operators to expect early wins but stronger insights after several weeks of fieldwork.[6] A saved search returns its full match set the first time it runs, while a driving program shows which houses changed only after enough passes to compare them.

Most operators filter by records first and drive the survivors. It is not a wide-area method

It is not a substitute for a title search

A drive tells you nothing about liens, and a recorder's index shows recorded amounts rather than current payoff balances. Both stop short of what a title search produces, so the closing question stays with a title company no matter how many layers you ran first.
